Licensing agreements with Skyhigh International, LLC. and Bees and Jam to produce stationery and children’s intimate & sleepwear apparel



SEATTLE, WASH. (Nov. 10, 2009) – Bella Sara™ announces today a licensing partnership with Sky High International, LLC to design and produce a variety of stationery items for the young fans of the magical world of horses. This partnership marks the second licensing agreement since Bella Sara moved all licensing in-house in August 2009.


The two companies will work together to combine children’s entertainment with positive messages, delivering a wide-range of stationery products including theme books, binders, portfolios, notepads, journals, and memo multi-packs.

“We strongly believe that the right kind of entertainment can instill a lifelong love of learning and exploration in a child, which is why we’re very excited to enter this market,” said George Stetar, vice president of international business, licensing and merchandising for Bella Sara. “Teaming up with Sky High International helps us positively influence children’s interest in learning.”

Over the past few years, Sky High Intl. has sold its products through big box retailers such as Wal-Mart, Target and Walgreens.

“Since its debut, Bella Sara has resonated with children worldwide,” said John Balistreri, head designer at Sky High Intl. “As they continue to perpetuate in the North American market, this agreement will help maximize sales while continuing to connect with its fans in a unique way.”

Bella Sara is also proud to announce a recent licensing agreement with Bees and Jam to produce children’s sleepwear and intimate apparel. This agreement will not only delight the Bella Sara consumers, but will compliment the Bella Sara brand.

According to Randy Severs, President of Bees & Jam, “we are incredibly excited about the launch of our Bella Sara line for spring of 2010. Retail reception has been very strong and all indications are that Bella Sara will be a major success in the marketplace."
