CREATIVE CHILD AWARDS BELLA SARA’S NATIVE LIGHTS TOY OF THE YEAR

Bella Sara Native Lights Trading Card Game Stands Above the Rest with Creative Child Magazine

SEATTLE — (July 10, 2008) Hidden City Games, Inc. is proud today to announce that Creative Child magazine awarded Bella Sara™ with the 2008 Toy of the Year Award in the trading card category. Native Lights, Bella Sara’s card expansion released in early 2008, draws from Native American themes and stories.

"Bella Sara Native Lights represents an opportunity to introduce kids to Native American culture through images and stories, and to provide information about our current communities in the form of Web-based features," stated Tom Grayson Colonnese, chair of the American Indian Studies department at the University of Washington and member of the Santee Sioux Nation. Colonnese consulted on the creation of Native Lights.

Bella Sara Native Lights trading cards, published by Hidden City Games, was awarded Toy of the Year in the trading card category by over 50 moms, early education educators and professionals. Among other products, Bella Sara will be featured in the Holiday 2008 issue in November along with being featured on the Creative Child website.
