SEATTLE,
WASH. (June 1, 2010)
Bella
Sara™ announces, today, a new licensing partnership with Rosman-Press to publish, distribute,
and market
Bella Sara collectible
cards that feature magical horses, inspirational messages, and secret codes
that unlock extended play online, throughout Russia.
This
pioneering effort is the first time a major property has been
introduced to Russia to support an online component. Rosman-Press will begin their work with the
Bella Sara brand by launching
Bella Sara’s Starlights collectible card series. The series is scheduled to
release in autumn of 2010.
“We
have been anticipating the growth of Bella Sara into Russia for some time now,
and we feel this will be a mutually beneficial partnership,” stated George
Stetar, Senior Vice President of Licensing and International Business for
Hidden City Entertainment, Inc.
“Our
company is very excited to become a part of the Bella Sara team,” said Anna Brilliantova, Rights Director for
Rosman-Press. “We believe that the
Bella Sara brand will be very successful in Russia as it is in other
countries. We are sure that this agreement will be profitable for both
sides and will open new horizons for both businesses. It’s a new level of our
relationship.”
In
addition to the partnership with Rosman-Press, Bella Sara recently signed
with marketing partner, MagicMarket & Twenty Five S.r.l., for the Bella
Sara card distribution in the Italian market.
They have also signed a deal with Kidz Entertainment/EEMC to broker
licensing agreements in Russia and C.I.S. countries.
Since its introduction,
Bella Sara has widened its family of products
from trading cards and an online world (BellaSara.com) to apparel,
back-to-school items, DVDs, toys, books, games, and puzzles through various
international licensing agreements.
Available
online and at over 65,000 points of sale,
Bella
Sara products are sold in 27 countries to
mass-merchandisers,
independent specialty toy and game/hobby boutiques and kiosks. Major US
